1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 3 and Sri Ajay Veer Singh, Advocate who has filed his Vakalatnama on behlaf of the respondent no. 4 which is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length submits that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to them under law.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
