The present application has been filed with the following relief(s): "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate III, Lucknow to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No. 49681/2022 of 2022; State Vs. Sajid and others, arising out of Charge Sheet No. 01 of 2022 dated 08.03.2022 in pursuance of First Information Report No. 0074 of 2022 Under Section 380, 411 I.P.C. Police Station Sarojni Nagar, District Lucknow expeditiously as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit just and proper (Contained as Annexure No. 1), in the interest of Justice." Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present application is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition after hearing both the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
