1. Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 30.01.2024 received from Sri Praveen Mishra, Sub Inspector/Investigating Officer, Police Station Satrikh, District Barabanki, submits that charge sheet No.35/2024 dated 30.01.2024 has been forwarded in this matter. The said instructions are taken on record.
2. Faced with above, Sri Ankit Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy, as may be available under law, in case the same has not been availed yet. To which, there is no objection by learned A.G.A.
3. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid.
