1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents.
2. Learned AGA, on the basis of his instructions sent by Mr Alok Kumar Singh, Sub Inspector P.S.Inayatnagar, District Ayodhya states that the investigation has been concluded and charge sheet dated 27.08.2025 has already been filed before the supervisory authority in this matter.
3. On the statement being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open for the petitioners to pursue other remedies that may be available to them under law.
