1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.
2. Petition has been filed challenging show cause notice dated 09.10.2024 issued to petitioner as to why petitioner should not be removed from the post of Home Guard in view of conviction recorded against him in a criminal case.
3. Since it has been admitted that petitioner has already replied to the show cause notice, the authority concerned is directed to take a final decision with regard to same, expeditiously, within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him.
