1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State- respondents.
2. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
