1. Case called out. None is present for the petitioner to press the petition. There is no request for pass over or adjournment of the case.
2. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submits that after investigation final report has been prepared and the final report(DFR) dated 11.08.2025 has been sent to the Government for approval and after approval, the appropriate action shall be taken accordingly. However, none is present to controvert the same.
3. In view of above, since none is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
