1. Heard Sri O.P. Tiwari, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner in this petition and Sri Ravi Shankar Dubey,Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the connected Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.1278 of 2024 and learned AGA.

Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 31.10.2025, which has been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that the Final Report dated 12.02.2025 has been filed in the court of Special Judge, Custom, Lucknow, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.
