1. Case called out. None appears for the petitioner despite a notice having been affixed on the notice board that the matter would be taken at 02.15 PM.
2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No.697 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 of IPC, Police Station Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki.
3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions received from Shri Shobhit Shukla, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki dated 28.11.2025 states that a final report dated 26.10.2025 has been submitted in the matter before the supervisory authority.
4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
