Counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. today in Court is taken on record. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded, and the charge-sheet has been forwarded against the petitioner. As such the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the statement made, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
