1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
2. At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been forwarded against the petitioner and as such, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not dispute the aforesaid facts.
4. In view of the statement made, this writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
