At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the instant case investigation has already been concluded, and a charge sheet has been filed on 23.01.2025. As such the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the said facts. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
