1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Amrendra Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for respondents and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. It is stated that in view of order dated 08.07.2025 passed by Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Gauriganj, District-Amethi in Case No.2719 of 2025, Computerized Case No.T202504710102719 (State Vs. Shiv Mahesh), under Section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed accordingly.
3. The order dated 08.07.2025 is taken on record.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
