1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the respondents-State.
2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Gulab, Sub-Inspector Police Station Bhinga, District Shrawasti states that charge-sheet dated 25.11.2025 has been submitted in the court.
3. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
