1. Learned AGA for the State has filed a counter affidavit today in Court which is taken on record.
2. At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and chargesheet has been forwarded against the petitioners and, as such, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
