3. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for quashing of the First Information Report dated 24.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0174 of 2025 under Sections 87 of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station Badosarai District- Barabanki.
4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of averments contained in paragraphs 7 & 8 states that a final report dated 01.08.2025 has been forwarded to the supervisory authority.
