1. Counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A., today, in Court, is taken on record.
2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and the final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioner, as such, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not dispute the aforesaid fact.
