Personal affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. today in Court is taken on record. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. for the State has pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded, and the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner on 03.03.2025. As such the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the said fact. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
