1. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions from Sri Balwant Shahi, Incharge Inspector, police station Hargaon, district Sitapur, a copy of which has been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that charge-sheet no. 27/2025 dated 31.01.2025 has been filed in court on 01.06.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as may be available under law, in case the same has not been availed.
