1. Case called out. None is present on behalf of the petitioners to press the petition. There is no request for pass over or adjournment of the case.
2. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that on the first date, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, time was granted to file supplementary affidavit of the girl. However, the same has not been filed.
3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submits that an F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner at Faridabad, Haryana. However, no F.I.R. has been lodged at the concerned police station, therefore, this petition is misconceived. However, none is present to controvert the same.
