1. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 20.03.2025, which has been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that the charge sheet No.93A/24 dated 08.06.2024 was filed in the court of S.D.M./A.C.J.M., Sultanpur on 15.07.2024, therefore, this petition has lost it's efficacy and liable to be dismissed.
2. At this stage, Ms. Nandini Pandey,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as may be available under law, if already not availed. To which there is no objection by learned AGA.
3. Dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
