1. Case called out. None is present on behalf of the petitioners to press the petitions. There is no request for pass over or adjournment of the case.
2. These petitions have been filed with a common prayer for a direction for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 22.04.2024 lodged at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Ayodhya in Case Crime No.0233 of 2024, under Section 366 IPC.
3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 13.07.2024 received from Akshat Kumar Patel, Sub Inspector, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Ayodhya, which has been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that the Final Report No.56/24 dated 14.06.2024 was forwarded in the matter, therefore, this petition has lost it's efficacy. However, none is present to controvert the same.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
