Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received on 21.11.2025 from Sri Vijay Narayan Pandey, Sub-inspector/Investigating Officer, police station Mohanganj, district Amethi, which is taken on record, submits that the final report no. 74 dated 10.12.2024 has been filed in the court on 2.4.2025, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by Sri Harikesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners.
