1. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 10.11.2025 received from Suryamani Yadav, Sub Inspector, Police Station Pihani, District Hardoi, which has been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that the Charge Sheet No.122/2024 dated 12.03.2024 has been filed in the court of C.J.M., Hardoi on 28.10.2024, therefore, this petition has lost it's efficacy and liable to be dismissed.
2. At this stage,learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as may be available under law, if already not availed. To which there is no objection by learned AGA.
