Learned A.G.A. on the basis of paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit submits that the charge-sheet dated 9.12.2024 was forwarded in the matter and no rejoinder affidavit to the said counter affidavit has been filed and none is present on behalf of the petitioner to controvert the same, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy.
