1. Taking note of the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, under consideration, as per which, the instant application for withdrawal of the revision was moved in view of the fact that the settlement has arrived at between the parties, and also that the averments made in the affidavit have not been refuted by the side opposite, the application is allowed.
