1. Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist, Sri S.P.Tiwari, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the records.
2. The present revision has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned judgment and order dated 20.09.2025 passed by Learned Sub- District Magistrate, Tehsil-Kadipur, District-Sultanpur in Case No.5259/2025, Computerized Case No.T-202504680405259, namely Ramshekhar V/s Hari Prasad and others, U/S-164 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (old section 145 Cr.P.C.), P.S. Dostpur, District-Sultanpur, by which not attached the property of revisionist bearing land Gata No.1246/0.490 hect. situated in Village-Bharthua and Gata no. 134/0.261 Hect., situated in Village-Sirsi Sakarwari, Pargana-Aldemau, Tehsil-Kadipur, District-Sultanpur, and revision may be allowed."
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision with liberty to avail remedy as available to him under law including filing of revision before district court/sessions court.
4. In view of aforesaid statement, the present revision is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
5. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present revision, to the learned Counsel for the revisionist, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
