1. Heard Sri Shesh Narain Pandey, learned counsel for review applicant.

2. By means of present review application, the applicant has sought a review of the judgment and order dated 04.07.2022 where the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was dismissed where the order rejecting his claim for compassionate appointment was assailed before this Court.

3. The writ petition was dismissed considering the fact that the father of the petitioner had died on 13.09.1971 but according to his High School Certificate, his date of birth was shown 15.06.1974. A doubt was created with regard to his parentage and hence the writ petition was dismissed.

4. At the very outset, this Court has inquired as to whether the date of birth in the High School Certificate has been changed in consonance with sufficient material adduced.learned counsel for petitioner has clearly submitted that the date of birth of the petitioner continues to be 15.06.1974 as per High School Certificate. The writ petition was dismissed on 04.07.2022 while present writ review application has been filed more than 2 years and 4 months and delay in paragraph No. 3 only reason stated is that petitioner was having no knowledge regarding legal technicalities. The delay has been sought to be condoned.

5. Apart from the above, this Court does not find any error apparent on Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shesh Narain Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) :

Shabban .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Forest, Lko. And Others .....Opposite Party(s)
