1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the final report has also been submitted in favour of the petitioners and as such, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned AGA for the State do not dispute the aforesaid facts.
