HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 1694 of 2024 Court No. - 30 HON'BLE RAJIV GUPTA, J. HON'BLE PRAMOD KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded on 24.09.2024 and the charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioners. As such the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the statement made, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
