At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at bar that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioners. As such the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned A.G.A. for the State does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
