1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayers:- "i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite party no.4 to execute the Recovery Certificate dated 10.11.2020 issued by Opposite party no.3 to recover the entire amount of Rs.42,12,835/- from opposite party no.5 within a specific time period or as determined by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite party no.4 to recover the entire amount with 9.75% annual simple interest on the principal amount of Rs.26,13,160/- since 01.12.2020 till date of realization."
3. A preliminary objection regarding incorrect description of the Respondent no.3 has been raised by the counsel for the State- respondents.
4. The Counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
