1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
2. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent No.1- Consolidation Officer. Lambhua, Sultanpur, to decide case No.0092/2025 (computerized case No.202554046850030092) titled as "Kastura v. Mahavir" under Section 9 A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, expeditiously.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid proceedings under Section 9A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act already stands concluded by the order of the Consolidation Officer on 01.07.2025 and, accordingly, no further directions are required by this court. 4.. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid submission.
5. In view of the above, let this petition be consigned to records.
