1. On 23.07.2025, this Court had passed the following order:- "Case called out in the revised list. No one appeared on behalf of petitioner to press the petition. However, learned AGA for the State is present. In the interest of justice, the case is adjourned for the day. List/put up this case on 28.07.2025. It is made clear that on the next date of listing, the case would not be adjourned on any ground including illness/out of station/sanctioned leave of petitioner's counsel and appropriate orders would be passed in first call even in absence of petitioner's counsel. It is in view of the fact the instant matter relates to the year 2022. "
2. Today, when the case was called out in the revised list, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition.
