1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order dated 08.05.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14022 of 2026.
2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Respondent submits that a Speaking Order was passed on 14.10.2026 by the Director, State Council for Educational Research and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati vide Rc.No.ESE02/1162/2026-SCERT in compliance of the Orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.14022 of 2026, dated 08.05.2026 and requested to close the Contempt Case.
3. In that view, the Contempt Case is closed.
4. No order as to costs.
