Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS by calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent No.2 vide Letter No. SE/0/TPT /SAO/JAO/

HT/Sr.Asst.II/D .No.4562/ 12, dated 21-07-2012 demanding the petitioner to pay the outstanding arrears of Rs.79,93,950/- (Rupees Seventy nine Lakhs and Ninety three thousands and nine hundred fifty only) and also the consequential Public Auction notice published in eenadu daily news paper on

09- 04-2013 for recovery of the outstanding amount by way of auctioning the property i.e., Plot No.86, in Survey No.517, 514/1 and 514/2, situated in Palamaner Municipality, Palamaner Mandal, Chittoor District and set aside the same by declaring it as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional being violative of articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to demand/collect the said amounts from the petitioner, IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 19313 OF 2013
