ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
2. Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present.
3. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the learned Mediator conducted the mediation proceedings and submitted a report. The said report is hereby accepted.
4. In view of the Mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, in C.C.No.430 of 2016, dated 18.12.2018, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.8 of 2019, dated 05.12.2024, by the learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C’. There shall be no order as to costs.
