pleased topleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents herein not re-appointing the petitioners herein into service against existing vacancies or sanctioned posts of Radiographer and ANM either on contract or Outsourcing basis, as per the Three Men Committees report submitted vide File.No.REV-ASECOMIS(OP)/ 24/2022-SA (A5)-COLLKRNL, dated 29-7- 2022 and filling-up the sanctioned posts Radiographer and ANM on Contract/Outsourcing basis with fresh candidates vide Notification.

No.01/SEI/KNL/2024, dated 29-1-2024 as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art. 14, 16 and 21 of constitution of India and consequentially the Honourable court may pleased to declare that the petitioners herein are entitled for re-instatement into service against the existing vacancies or newly sanctioned posts and may pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024
