ORDER:
Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.,’) challenging the order dated 10.09.2019 in Crl.A.No.09 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Nellore, confirming the judgment dated 09.01.2019 in C.C.No.703 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore.
Mr. G.Vijay Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of this Court about filing of the Criminal Revision Case by the petitioner in the same case i.e., Criminal Revision Case No.1151 of 2019 wherein a compromise was affected and the said Criminal Revision Case was disposed of as compromised. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case may be dismissed as infructuous.
Recording the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous as the Petitioner has already been acquitted in the above case. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
