ORDER:
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner died on 27.05.2022. The Station House Officer, Ponnur Town Police Station, has also submitted the same along with proof of the Petitioner's death.
2. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
