**ORDER**
WHEREAS, the aforesaid appeal was physically lodged on 16/10/2025 to which a lodgement number was assigned. On scrutiny, various defects were noticed and communicated to the advocate for the appellant by emails dated 11/11/2025, 23/12/2025, 12/01/2026, 03/02/2026, 17/02/2026, 27/03/2026 & 18/06/2026. The advocate for the appellant was called upon to rectify the defects upon receiving the said emails. The advocate for the appellant failed to rectify the defects within reasonable time.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of Rule 8 of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2000, the registration of the memorandum of appeal filed by the appellant, is declined.
This order shall be uploaded on the Tribunal's website and communicated to the appellant.
