By order dated 12.10.2026, this Court passed a final order. However, due to a typographical error, the said order does not record that the Superintendent of Jail concerned shall release the Petitioner.
Accordingly, the relevant portion of the order is corrected and shall read as: “The Superintendent of the District Jail, Vijayawada, is directed to release the Petitioner forthwith, if he is not required in any other case.”
