ORDER :-
As the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has been elevated as a Judge of this Court, the Registry has not printed her name in the cause list.
2. The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.75 of 2018 of Women Police Station, Kurnool.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of police, Women Police Station, Kurnool, stating that the police after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet and thereafter the main Case, i.e., C.C. No.839 of 2020 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool, ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 21.11.2022.
4. Record the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
