The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.153 of 2019 of Narasaraopeta I Town Police Station, Kadapa District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of police, Narasaraopeta I Town Police Station, stating that the police after completion of investigation, filed Final Report referring the case as false vide C.No.168/G2/GNTR/SC & ST/2021, dated 31.03.2021.
3. Recording the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
