ORDER :-
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.232 of 2019 of Kavali Rural Police Station, Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced written instructions furnished by the SDPO, Kavali, stating that the police have filed a final report referring the case as false.
3. In view of the said statement, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
