The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.74 of 2018 of Nellore VI Town Police Station (Balaji Nagar Police Station), SPSR Nellore District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt. P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Balaji Nagar Police Station, Nellore City, SPSR Nellore District, stating that, upon completion of the investigation, the police filed a charge sheet, which was taken on file as C.C. No.3466 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore.
3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
