The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.126 of 2019 of Nadendla Police Station, Guntur District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of police, Nadendla Police Station, stating that the police after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet and thereafter the main Case, i.e., C.C. No.566 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chilakaluripet, ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 14.11.2025.
3. Record the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
