ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.154 of 2019 on the file of Parvathipuram Town Police Station, Vizianagaram District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Parvathipuram Police Station stating that the main case vide S.C.No.51 of 2022 itself was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 17.06.2023.
3. Recording the same, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
