The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A4, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.37 of 2019 of Women Police Station, Vizianagaram.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt. P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, has produced the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mahila Police Station, Vizianagaram, stating that, upon completion of the investigation, the police filed charge sheet, which was numbered as C.C. No.1553 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile)-cum-II Additional Civil Judge(Junior Division), Vizianagaram. She further submits that the said case was disposed of by judgment dated 30.06.2026 and has also enclosed a copy of the said judgment along with the written instructions.
3. In view of the above submission and as no cause survives for adjudication in the present matter, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
