The Court made the following
ORDER :-
The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.232 of 2019 of Nellore Rural Police Station, SPSR Nellore District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt. P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, has produced the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Nellore Rural Police Station, stating that the main case vide C.C. No. 457 of 2022 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, was settled before the Lok Adalat on 12.03.2022.
3. Recording the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
